HELLO! I'm Michael Kontras and welcome to MichaelKontras.com.   This website serves two purposes:   First: it is an ongoing auto biography. Beginning in 1965, it spans my nearly 40 years in the music business and beyond. I add a new page every year with biographical updates and commentary on current events.
